We are your single point of entry for aging and disability services in the Midlands. Whether you need Medicare counseling, caregiver relief, or help finding local resources, our trained specialists are here for you.

Family Caregiver Support

Respite care vouchers, counseling, training, and supplemental services for family caregivers. Including support for grandparents raising grandchildren and Alzheimer’s caregivers.

Includes Columbia and surrounding areas. Home to Senior Resources, Inc. and multiple senior centers.

Lexington County

Includes Lexington, West Columbia, and Cayce. Services coordinated through the Lexington County Recreation & Aging Commission.

Fairfield County

Includes Winnsboro and surrounding rural communities. Services through the Fairfield County Council on Aging.

Newberry County

Includes Newberry and rural townships. Programs coordinated through the Newberry County Council on Aging.

Adults with Disabilities

Resources for adults 18+ with physical, developmental, or cognitive disabilities. Independent living support and benefit navigation.

Connection to VA benefits, veteran-specific disability services, and local veteran support organizations.
